Pulse Combustion Systems operates two pulse-combustion spray driers at its Payson, AZ plant and offers custom pulse spray dryer units for sale.

• Our PCS Model P-0.1 pilot-scale spray dryer is used for testing and development work, and for small-scale toll drying.
• Our PCS Model P-1 production spray dryer is used for scale-up demonstrations and for production toll drying.
• Our manufacturing department designs and builds custom PCS pulse spray driers for user-specific applications.

Pulse Combustion Systems sells custom spray drying units designed to match your business. Most liquid products are first dried on our PCS Model P-0.1 pilot-scale spray dryer and then scaled up to production volume on our PCS Model P-1 spray dryer. These tests enable us to design and build custom spray driers according to your company's specific needs and product(s).
