Payson, AZ – August 7, 2025 – Pulse Holdings LLC, dba Pulse Drying Systems (PDS), a leader in advanced spray drying technology, is pleased to announce the successful commissioning of a new PDS Model P-50 Pulse Atomizing Spray Dryer for a major U.S.-based ceramics company.
The commissioning was completed on time in just five days at the customer’s facility, showcasing the efficiency and reliability of PDS’s equipment and engineering team. This installation marks another milestone in the expanding industrial application of pulse atomization technology, which delivers improved powder quality, higher yields, and lower operating costs compared to conventional spray dryers.
The P-50 model is designed to meet the demands of high-performance ceramic powder production, providing improved particle size control and enhanced energy efficiency. This dryer is part of PDS’s growing line of pulse atomizing dryers, engineered specifically for industries requiring consistent, fine-particle output with minimal agglomeration.
