Since 2017, PCS has been working diligently to develop pulse-atomizer drying solutions for the ever-growing (and changing) CBD market. More recently, our experience and relationships forged in that time have allowed us to take a CBD oil all the way from the idea phase to a finished, in-spec powder. We can now confidently offer services in formulation, product development, pilot trials, contract manufacturing, and even custom dryer fabrication; all in-house.
This new capability is already producing great results for PCS customers who are eager to find their way into the quickly growing CBD market. With our product formulation team, our customers can make an almost infinite range of CBD powdered products with similarly wide-ranging characteristics. Our customers can develop new powdered CBD products with nothing more of a starting point than an oil of their choosing.
Lastly, PCS also has rolled out smaller, more affordable, “plug and play” dryers to meet the demands and challenges of the CBD market. These units can be built, installed, and started up within 90 days, and they allow our customers to bring our novel formulation and drying process into their facilities quickly so that they can stay ahead of the curve.
